Code of Practice for Torch-on Membrane System
This new Code of Practice focuses on Torch-on Membrane Systems for roofing and decks because of their longstanding use in the construction industry. The Department congratulates the Membrane Group on its initiative in producing this Code of Practice for Torch-on Membranes. It is encouraging to see industry groups creating their own guidance and codes of practice to complement Departmental guidance and Compliance Documents. Note however, that this Code of Practice is not part of the Department’s Compliance Documents or range of guidance documents.
Aquadex Verification ReportThis report has been prepared by Simon Parry, BSc (Hons) Building Surveying of CoveKinloch Consulting Limited and has been commissioned by R A Wilson Jaydex International Ltd to assess Aquadex Liquid Roofing System to be approved as an “Alternative Solution” in respect of the New Zealand Building Code contained in the First Schedule of the Building Regulations 1992.
