In this program (LEP) we offer free inspections – a tailored specification with all technical details, qualified Licensed Contractors, Technical support and for large buildings project management services.
Free Building Inspection
Jaydex Technical advisor will inspect the whole exterior fabric of the building or any part of and advise on the best way forward.
Tailored Specification
Jaydex Technical support group will prepare a tailored specification based on the findings outlined in the Inspection report with the emphasis on longevity of the finished process.
Technical Data
All Technical data sheets and detail drawings will be supplied to support the tailored specification.
Licensed Contractors
Jaydex Licensed Contractors are individual businesses and are fully conversant with Building maintenance and supplying of tailored quotations.
Technical Support
Jaydex offer Technical support to the client and Licensed Contractors to ensure the highest quality of finish is achieved.
Project Management
Jaydex offer to manage the larger Projects on behalf of the Client as in a lot of cases the technology used is of a very technical nature.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Jaydex offer QA checking systems, tailored to the needs of the client
Warranty
Tailored Specifications may be warranted for up to 20 years.
