Roof - Coated Finish
Novaflex / Polibit with Coated Finish is a double-sheet Roof & Deck waterproofing membrane system, made up of two polyester-reinforced membranes. These are applied using a torch-on application method to create a high performance waterproofing system
If overcoated correctly, Novaflex / Polibit roof waterproofing membrane can be left permanently exposed and used as a safe, long-term catchment surface for potable water.
Overcoating:
Novaflex /Polibit membrane system can be overcoated with a barrier coat, followed by two coats of Jaydex Aquaseal (Clients choice of colour) or 2 coats of Alumicote/Enviroflect (Aluminium)
Limitations of use:
Not suitable for roof gardens.

When applied correctly, by a Jaydex licensed contractor, Novaflex / Polibit includes a warranty of up to 20 years.

Maintenance
The coating system needs to be updated every 5 years, and should be cleaned annually.
