Roof - Warm Roof Insulated
The Warm Roof system consists of an Insulated panel with factory adhered Novaflex. Polibit Mineral is subsequently torched over the top.The Warm Roof system is applied to the topside of plywood, concrete, metal Roof and Deck structures.
It insulates, removes thermal breaks and eliminates the awkward application associated with lofted insulation that is applied from the underside of the roofline.

The Novaflex and Polibit Mineral which are used in conjunction with insulation panel to complete the Warm Roof system have a BRANZ Appraisal No.520. The Warm Roof system has not been independently appraised.
